BPE Pro Series Fletcher, R-Wing

I am quite happy with this jig. It does what it needs to do and there are more than enough adjustments to get your fletchings just the way you want them. The jig itself has a nice weight to it and sits well when an arrow is nocked into position. The jig can be set up for a good number of fletching configurations and I will trust it to do its job well into the future. The only thing I would like to see in this product is a metal feather clamp. While it clamps firmly with magnet to the jig's base, I disliked how superglue would sometimes build up on the clamping surface. While I realize my own sloppiness is to blame there, I feel that such mistakes happen and that they would be more easily cleaned/removed from a metal body. That one minus aside, I am very happy with my purchase.

Yes, it does work and is well made, but kind of a pain to use. It takes a lot of fine finagling and messing with to get the alignment and fletching / arrow contact just right. It frustrating to use, but it does work. Wish I went with a better jig, but if you just need something to replace a fletching now and then, it ok. I would not want to use it to fully fletch multiple arrows.

I like this fletching jig a lot. It gets the job done, but it took me a while until I got it down set because clamp that held the fletching would not set right, it took tons of adjusting. Other than that, once everything is perfectly adjusted it was right on.

It takes a little to get just right at first but after you get it where you want it works great. Well built solid. I went back an refletched my first arrow but after that I've done dozens and they are perfect.

The clamp when on the magnet is at the wrong angle. The fletching is not making contact only on the edge of the fletching on the upper end of the clamp.I am going to see if I can put some sort of steel wedge on the magnet so the fletching is sitting flush on the arrow instead of just the edge of the fletching.

Great fletching jig at a good price! Does all that is expected very well. Good, strong magnet, easy setup and adjustments, can be fine tuned for individual needs. Having used several different fletching jigs, including Blitzenburger and JoJan, while working at an archery shop I highly recommend this jig. It works great and yields excellent results, if you're in the market for a fletching jig buy this jig you won't be disappointed.

This will Fletch an arrow but.. Issue one is the contact patch between the clamp and the base. There isn't enough surface area and it's hard to be precise. I epoxied a second magnet to the first and now it works great. Issue two is the rough edge of the clamp. I very carefully sanded it and haven't had a problem with glueing it to the arrow yet. Also just a minor preference thing, but for helical fletching the indexed points should be shifted slightly from zero.

Great fletching jig. Super adjustable. Get an extra clamp to speed up the fletching. Put some masking tape on the edge of the clamp and replace every 2-4 dozen. It really helps keep the clamp clean and excess glue free. Will eventually buy another.
