This is ok for dried fruit. Moist big chunks but the only pieces I think have much flavoring is the pineapple and what they call star fruit. Star fruit tastes woody or musky something. Did not like it. As far as strawberries, cantaloupes, mango there was no flavor difference to my taste. Difference texture but not taste. I love papaya but not much flavor there either. I will not buy this again.
