Battery life is the big down side of the purchase. Normally these off brand batteries last forever, these only made it through 3 batches of ingredients at 3 different bakings. It died in the middle of the last one. I'm not sure if that messed up my batch weights or not, but the macarons were so stiff that they broke a brand new HEAVY plastic spatula.On, off, tare adjustment worked fine, then (as battery was dying) the bowl on tare weight, kept going up and down. The other weight features are easy to toggle through, it was going off after a specific time limit on first two attempts, then when I added the new batteries (the bunny ones), it never seemed to auto turn off to conserve the battery life.Going home to attempt a new small batch tonight and see how it works this time around.Simple to use, two buttons only, I'm using a cling wrap over it to keep the mess off of it. I was using the bag it came in, but I think it was too heavy & affecting weights, so if you want to keep it clean, go with a cling wrap laid across the top. I'm keeping mine in its box for now until it can get a permanent home spot.

This scale is lightweight easy to use. I love to cook and weighing ingredients is much more accurate than measuring. Also as a diabetic this allows me to weigh my portions at meals which helps keep my sugars in great ranges. I'm able to leave the scale out and ready for use as it fits right in with all my stainless steel appliances. This makes it convenient for use at anytime.

I love this scale! It is super easy to figure out the buttons, even without the instructions! LOL that is good for someone like me! (hate instructions) I have used it quite a few times to mail some small packages and it works perfect! I think this will be one of my newest favorite gadgets!

Loved it at first. Now I'm 3 months after buying and it isn't working correctly. I am just outside my return window.

This scale is never right. No matter what surface I place it on. It's never accurate. I would not recommend. I don't even know the last time I attempted to use it

Would be a 5 star but the silver tab for one of the buttons came off the 2nd time I used it.

This would be great, but in the middle of pouring resin and needing the pour to be accurate, the screen cuts off and zeros out.
