The 2nd best, but my absolute go to is Big Island Bees Ohia Lehua Honey. I love everything about this honey it’s super unique in flavour ( it’s like mixture of saffron with a little hint of orange blossom water) and perfect viscosity that does not need water bath to get the honey texture🤓 Super perfect for people like us we stopped refined sugar so been trying brands of unprocessed honey they were good but not what I was looking for, this one is just for it, the meditterranian deserts like knafeh, katayif, and ashta…… so many others that needs sweet syrup to add on top which was made of refined sugar +lemon+water now I have it much tastier and natural 🥰🥰

The product quality is not good because there is too much sugar in the bottom of the jar.

It's worth the price, This is my 5th jear. If you don't like the taste of traditional honey try this. It's lass of a long time if you're the only one that uses it
