Very tasty
This seems to "rise" more than the usual brand of Matzo Meal to chicken cutlets. The main brand was not available at the grocery store, so we tried this. Tastes very good and is generally more of a crispy-puffy dough than just crunchy. I like it, but cannot justify the price vs. our regular brand. But, this brand makes the very BEST matzos ever with a decent price.

Excellent Matzo Meal
Suddenly, matzo meal has completely disappeared from my local groceries. Thank G-d for Amazon. I am a big fan of Yehudi Matzo... so no surprise their Matzo Meal is also excellent. The price was WAY too much... but if you need matzo balls... what are you going to do? The biggest complaint is the packaging. The box of Matzo meal was a bit crushed and quite damp! Whenever Amazon uses the US Post office... the delivery to my address is a disaster. The Amazon van is the only was to get merchandise safely! The matzo meal was just thrown into a box. No protection, no bag, no nothing! For this outrageous price, this meal should have been treated like gold! I'm very glad to have this wonderful item, but if this company continues to use the US Post office, I will not order again. Thank you.

Quality product to use in any dish where bread crumbs can be used. It does not contain chemicals that are unavoidable in other non-kosher products. Made in Israel.

This year in Jerusalem!
There is litterally no matzah products in the town where I live. What a great surprise to find matzah from our holy Land. And it was eligible for prime shipping. Huzzah!

Use less for light textured kneidlach
The texture of this product is much finer than the brand I'm used to, Manischewitz. It seems to be much more absorbent. I tried to use the same proportions of water, eggs, oil and matzoh meal as I generally do but ended up having to add a good bit more water in order to get the right consistency. I knew that if I didn't I'd end up with a heavy product. The results were light and delicious, but oddly shaped -- I renamed them "matzoh blobs." Next time I plan to simply use less matzoh meal. Maybe those will hold their shape better? Anyway, with the caveat that less is more, I do recommend this product.
