Helps to strengthen my wrist after surgery ( broke both wrists, one has metal). Mainly wanted this item to help stabilize, strengthen and retain body heat to wrist that has metal reinforcement. Cold weather really affects my wrists. Compression is tolerable with sleeve thickness, not cheaply made. Measure your wrists for item size!

I like them. I read the reviews and first purchased size medium because people said they were tighter than the size chart said. I had to return the mediums and get small. They are compression- they’re supposed to be snug or there is no benefit

Wish I had gone next size larger. It does feel too tight like it will restrict blood flow. I think consider how much pressure you need. I have small wrists 5.5 to 6 in. I ordered the size small.

This is a compression copper wrist sleeve. This comes with one set of two and these sleeves I got in a large size. These fit really snugly around the wrist this provides support for the wrist joints and could potentially help with pain. These compression sleeves definitely work well as I can fill them compress and the pressure increase in my hands. The size of these fit well although I feel like large could be slightly bigger with this being their biggest size. These are comfortable but after wearing them for an extended period of time my wrists become a bit itchy and they leave a squeeze line at the top and bottom of the wrist. These look good and don't feel awkward to wear. The only downside that I found is that if you wear a fitness watch, this wrist sleeve will not allow your watch to contact the skin for your readings. The value on these is about what you would expect to pay for something like this. This doesn't feel expensive and these feel affordable for anyone that might need them giving this a good to expected value in my opinion and at the time of this review. Overall, these copper fabric sleeves are great for compression in support and possibly could help relieve some pain. With them being affordable, I think these are worth the try. I would have no issues recommending to try these.

I do alot of metal work and sanding and these work perfect for extra support when i need it.
