Superb book in astrology

The book received showed 5th reprint edition of 2016 but the Amazon given 7th reprint edition in the descriptionBut it won't be a problem i guess, after all its brihat jataka of VARAHMIHIR.

This book is very well written. Efforts are made to translate the slokas properly . Importantly notes section added to express authors point of view.This book is large and so far I understand it covers most of the major aspect.

Seems like duplicate because of print quality,not orginal

The content of book is good and relevant but the quality of book binding is not good

This book is a must for astrology leaner. Everything related to topic given in one book. Otherwise outside it is sold chapter wise. But here it is given everything in one book really really nice and informative.

A good book and especially the author notes are very nice. The notes are confusing sometimes and more use of tables to explain things would have helped it make more crisp and user-friendly. Overall a good place for a person who already has some knowledge of astrology.

A classic, translated by a great Scholar. Not an easy book, and one should read it many times to grasp.

If you can get the first edition & First print then it is worth it. Lot of so called modern day jyotish gurus have put in the latest nonsense trends in Vedic Astrology has a no true basis on original classics.
