No Blood sugar spikes so far
It is quite filling, quite thick. But true to its name o sweetness :D Or very very mild sweetness, but the taste is ok. I have just tried 2 of these, i ordered the mix pack. It is expensive but that is one of the reasons it keeps you in your portion. The ones i tried did not give me a blood sugar spike, I am T2. My blood sugars are lately not very good, and I do need something to eat occasionally with tea. So far, I think this is one of the best options that i found.

Decent but pricey
The flavours are good, a lot of low carb stuff can be quite bland. Personally I can't justify the price per bar.

So Good!!!
These bars are a fantastic addition to my keto diet. I have had many different keto snacks over the years. Some I would try again, others not so much! These, however, are the best keto bars I've tasted by far. I will be ordering these every week. They feel like a treat, but they fit into my macro's perfectly. I will never give these up!! They are all good but my favourites have to be the raspberry & almond, and the coconut & macadamia. Try them!! You won't be disappointed!

Great tasting keto friendly bars
These are great tasting keto friendly bars. I bought them to use as snacks when I’m out and about because it’s not always easy to find keto friendly snacks that you can be kept in the cupboard and eat on the go. I bought the variety pack first to try all the different flavours. Liked them all equally to be honest so I’ve already bought a few more packs.

Disgusting and expensive
Honestly disgusting. So excited to try these, but so disappointed. They were oily and chewy and tasted bitter and gross. And for the price they are so not worth it, infact you couldn't pay me to eat these.

Great but too expensive
I loved the taste, all the flavours are great, but as mentioned by other reviewers they are a bit pricey. I'm not sure whether I'm going to buy them again.
