This works decently to keep leaves out of your windshield. Ultimately, there is a chance this won’t work if you have a small car like mine as it’s hard to keep it flat. It worked well enough before the snows hit. Easy enough to set up though and stretches ok. Not a rough fabric either.

I must say what I have I been doing all my life pulling leaves from the front hood of my car. This cover is a gem easy to install and now I feel better and feel protected from the many leaves that fall on my car and in my yard.

This is a perfect solution for leaves that accumulate under my car's hood. I have a 2015 Toyota Prius, and for some reason, the gaps are large enough on where windshield vent and hood meet that all sorts of leaves and twigs are allowed to accumulate inside there. And they are impossibly hard to remove. I've previously tried using the full windshield snow covers and they take such a long time to install and are a little cumbersome for this purpose. This little bib will do the trick nicely, and it's very easy to just throw it across the car, attaching it and removing it when needed. The one thing i'm unsure of is the backing on.It appears to be a lightweight fabric that holds it together, not sure how to describe it really. It's nothing thick enough that it will absorb any moisture. But I do have concerns about mildew and mold if this is not dried out after getting wet. I would recommend letting it lay flat to dry after heavy rain. At the current price of five dollars, I was more than willing to give this a try, and it's been working well so far.
