Bad day when you need these but they work fantastic in a pinch

Easy compatibility and functioned great.

Bit ends do not penetrate enough onto metal/stripped screw surface. Was unable to extract screw. Tried on other screws and also did not work. Very poor product. Bit ends need to be more precise in order to effectively bite into screw that needs extracting. Not sure how this product has any positive reviews. I would request a refund but would rather save my time and throw the product in the trash.

I followed the directions but just could not get it grab. Maybe I just didn't drill far enough into the screws but the directions give you no guidance on depth, and I felt like I drilled in as far as possible anyway. I was finally able to get the screws out by coming in at a sharp angle and with a lot of force. I would get about 1/4 of a turn before having to reset. Took about an hour to remove 2 stripped screws.

Purchased this for one bolt extraction. The tool bit into the drilled bolt very well, but snapped when I applied pressure to remove a stuck bolt (really stuck). Added stars because of fantastic customer service for the product (full refund). They really stand behind their product.

2 for 2 with bolt extractions at a saw mill. One was using the second smallest one and figured it may break as guys with the icons have broke their second to smallest the first time using it on hard to extract broken bolts. Everyone has asked me where I got them from. Would highly recommend them and for the price if they did break it wouldn’t be something to be upset about.

Spend a little bit more if you want something to use in a professional setting. Slipped on stripped bolt first time I used these. Had to cut it out eventually.
