Disappointed

Purchased one last month for my future husband and it was great. It came in a flat, sturdy envelope. Sadly, we had to change the venue so I ordered another one. Just a different style and location. My new one came today rolled up in a tube and the photo paper was a totally different quality and flimsy. I understand it’s inexpensive but the first one was awesome. So disappointed.
