Excellent for quick snack.

Tasty but Texture Might Not Be for Everyone
The flavor is actually pretty nice, not overly sweet and has a slight fruity taste. Texture is a bit dense and chewy, which took some getting used to. It does feel filling and works well as a quick snack after workouts. Ingredients seem decent compared to similar bars. Packaging is convenient to carry around during the day. A good option if texture isn’t a dealbreaker.

Very tasty bar, but I haven’t noticed any real performance difference
I ordered these Creatime (Nice catchy name!) protein bars as a convenient way to get some creatine and protein before training without needing to mix powders. I usually have one around an hour before a workout which normally includes high cardio on the step climber along with weights, so I was hoping they might help with strength or endurance while also being an easy snack. Pros ✅ • The taste is genuinely very good. The creamy centre and chocolate coating make it feel more like a treat than a typical protein bar, and the texture really does soften and almost melt in the mouth. • The sweetness level is nicely balanced. Despite the chocolate coating they aren’t overly sweet, which makes them easy to eat regularly. • Each bar contains 15g of protein along with 3g of creatine, which is a reasonable amount of both in a small snack. • I’ve been having one about an hour before workouts and they sit well beforehand. I haven’t experienced any stomach upset or digestive issues. • The bars are convenient to carry around and much simpler than measuring and mixing creatine powders. Cons ⚠️ • Although they contain 3g of creatine, I personally haven’t noticed any real difference in my training so far. I was hoping to see something like improved strength, better cardio performance or endurance, but nothing obvious. • At 50g the bars are fairly small, so they feel more like a snack than a substantial protein bar. • Considering the size of the bars and the quantity in the box, they do work out quite expensive. Conclusion / Recommendation 📝 Overall these are genuinely delicious protein bars with a soft texture that makes them stand out from many others. They’re convenient and easy to eat before a workout, and they haven’t caused any stomach issues. That said, I personally haven’t noticed any meaningful improvement in strength or endurance from the creatine element, so for the price they feel a little on the expensive side for what you get. If you mainly want a very tasty protein snack they’re enjoyable, but if you’re hoping for noticeable training benefits your experience may vary. 💪🍫

No shaker, no crumbs, no regrets
Took one of these in my gym bag for a workday where I had training straight after, and it was much easier than carrying tubs, scoops and the usual powdery crime scene. The bar looks decent, with a neat chocolate coating and a raspberry centre that feels more treat-like than punishment food. Texture is soft with a little bite, and it did not turn into a squashed brick at the bottom of my bag. Functionally, it is handy because the protein and creatine are already in one bar, so it saves carrying seperate bits around. Taste is good, although the raspberry is quite sweet, so I would not want three in a row unless I had made very questionable life choices. Packaging feels solid, the bars look premium enough, and for the convenience, I think the price is fair. Definately one I would keep around.

Soft Raspberry Creatine Bar with Protein and Collagen
Flavour was better than I expected for a functional bar, with a mild white chocolate coating and a soft interior that blends a sponge like texture with a thin layer of raspberry. It is quite sweet, but it avoids the chemical aftertaste that some high protein snacks can have. The freeze dried raspberry pieces add a small amount of texture without making the bar feel heavy In terms of structure, each bar feels firm when handled but is actually very soft once pressed, which means it is easy for them to become squashed if kept loose in a gym bag or rucksack. The centre melts quickly in the mouth which makes it pleasant to eat, though the flavour itself is quite subtle Nutritionally, the bar offers a combination of creatine, whey protein and collagen in a single 50g portion. The 3g of creatine per bar is enough for a maintenance dose, but not sufficient for anyone following a loading phase, so it should be seen as a supplementary source rather than a complete replacement for powdered creatine. The low sugar content is achieved through maltitol, which may not suit everyone, but the overall calorie count remains low for the amount of protein provided. The long shelf life is also practical if you plan to keep a box on hand for occasional use Overall, these bars offer a convenient way to combine protein, creatine and collagen in one portion, with a mild flavour and a soft, easy to eat texture. They are not a direct substitute for powdered creatine and may not suit those with sensitive digestion, but they remain a useful option if you want a functional bar with balanced macros and a gentle raspberry profile

Excellent High-Protein Bar with Added Creatine
I decided to try the Creatime Creatine Protein Bars because I was looking for a convenient snack that supports both strength and recovery, without loading up on sugar or unnecessary calories. My first impression after opening the box was very positive. The bars are individually wrapped, neatly packaged, and feel substantial for a 50g serving. The texture looks dense and satisfying rather than overly processed or artificial. The flavor and texture were better than expected. Many high-protein bars can be overly chewy or have a strong artificial aftertaste, but these are well-balanced and enjoyable to eat. They’re not overly sweet, which I appreciate, especially since they’re low in sugar and carbs. The consistency is soft but firm, making them easy to eat pre- or post-workout without feeling heavy.Nutritionally, these bars are very well designed. Each bar contains 15g of protein, which is ideal for supporting muscle repair and daily protein intake. The inclusion of 3g of creatine per bar is a standout feature. Instead of taking creatine separately as a powder, having it integrated into a convenient snack simplifies supplementation and makes it easier to stay consistent. With only 141 calories per bar, they fit easily into a controlled diet plan without disrupting overall calorie goals. The added collagen is another benefit, particularly for joint support and recovery. For anyone training regularly, whether lifting weights, doing high-intensity workouts, or engaging in endurance sports, the combination of protein, creatine, and collagen makes these bars feel more functional than a standard protein snack. They’re also extremely convenient. The 12-pack format makes them easy to store at home, keep in a gym bag, or bring to work. Having a ready-to-go snack that supports performance and recovery helps eliminate excuses for skipping proper nutrition during busy days.In terms of value for money, considering the protein content, added creatine, collagen, and low sugar profile, they offer strong overall value compared to buying separate supplements and snacks. You’re essentially getting multiple benefits in one compact product.Overall, the quality and formulation are impressive. They’re convenient, nutritionally balanced, supportive of strength and recovery, and easy to incorporate into a fitness routine. If you’re looking for a high-protein, low-sugar snack with the added advantage of creatine, Creatime Creatine Protein Bars are definitely worth considering

Nutritious but Lacking Flavour: Creatime Creatine Protein Bars Review
I tested the Creatime Creatine Protein Bars in the Creamy Raspberry flavour to see if they could truly replace my separate protein and creatine supplements. While the nutritional profile is excellent, the eating experience left a lot to be desired. At the time of review, a box of 12 was priced at £33.00. Key Observations: Excellent Ingredients: I was impressed by the inclusion of 3g of creatine and collagen alongside 15g of protein, making it a very convenient "all-in-one" post-workout snack. Low Calorie Count: At only 143 calories per bar, it fits perfectly into a calorie-controlled diet without sacrificing essential recovery nutrients. Convenience Factor: Having my daily creatine dose integrated into a bar is much easier than messing around with powders and shakers while on the go. Disappointing Texture: I found the texture to be quite tough and slightly chalky, which made it a bit of a chore to finish the entire bar. Lacklustre Flavour: Despite being labelled "Creamy Raspberry," the taste was muted and didn't provide the burst of fruitiness I was expecting. Overall: The Creatime Creatine Protein Bars are a fantastic concept for those prioritising efficiency and high-quality macros. The formula is well-thought-out, particularly the low sugar and carb content. However, having personally tried them, the disappointing taste and texture mean they aren't quite the treat I hoped for. For £33.00, you are paying for the high-spec ingredients rather than a delicious snack.
