These look like rink skates. Are they also suitable for using outside or do i havt buy specil wheels for that purpose?

The stock bearings are very very slow but I think that is due to the grease which could be thinned with with WD-40 to speed them up and loosen the wheel nuts to increase spin speed. 78 hardness (black) wheels that came with my skates provide WAY too much traction indoors and make it hard to turn. I replaced them with Bones Team wheels in a hardness of 98A and a small 57mm diameter which makes it much easier in the rink to skate and do tricks and also is a little faster. Outside the wheels are softer over bumps but still provide too much traction even on smooth concrete.

My shoe size is a 10.5 wide I went up to an 11 (just in case) best decision I made

What type of bearing does these skates need ?

Bearings depend on your skates....specifically the axles...not the wheels themselves. These are a classic 8mm axle, thus...8mm bearings will be needed.
