Great product and customer service
I love this thing, I use it for my customers when they buy something at Fash Life Beauty in store they get to take a picture on the photobooth and they love it. Unfortunately I lost my remote and tho you can use your phone as a remote I like the actual remote better I reach out to customer service they answered and resolved immediately for me and they didn’t have to.

Took a little bit to understand the program to get the camera up and running but once it was up and running it has been great and a lot of fun! We've used it at (2) events and have (3) more scheduled for this year and years to come.

Great product!!!
Love the product. I was worried it was going to be flimsy but it is very heavy duty and sturdy. I will feel confident with people getting on it.. customer service is great as well for any questions.

ZERO Complaints!!
We are LOVING our new machine. The quality of this 360 is very good. It is so heavy (in a good way) and sturdy, I feel very confident with people getting on and off and dancing around on it; that was very important to us. It's large and very professional and looks much more expensive than it was. Assembly is VERY easy; I have it down to 3 major parts in just a few minutes. It controls nicely with my cell phone app. I have zero complaints!

Buy a different 360.
Doesn’t work very well and the app is HORRIBLE! No decent music. Videos made will not send to email or phones. The video music and overlays are very cheesy. And the remote to spin and stop barely works
