It's a set of 50 cups and 50 lids for a total of 100 pieces and the lids are flat.

Would these crack if surrounded by ice? Would like to pre-fill with ice cream to make root beer floats at a pool party.

I froze them in the freezer and set them out in coolers surrounded by ice and they were fine, no cracking.

how tall are the cups ?

I don't have one in front of me, but I'd say about the same size as a solo cup. Give or take.

Do the tops fit pretty snuggly? Looking for smoothie cups for twin toddlers who like to turn the cups upside down.

The tops fit snuggly but I think it would leak from where the straw is. I wouldn't consider it toddler proof. We use them for smoothies and they're great!
