Easy Way to Boost Health, Improve Diet
This is a very good product. I need to increase my vegetables and these make it easier. They are a good source of sulforaphane, which is extremely healthy. I’ve been taking them a couple weeks already and feel great, with no ill side-effects to note. I want to eventually sprout my own seeds as I have seen done by somebody on youtube. Overall, great investment for my health.

Good Broccoli Sprouts
Great way to get more broccoli (as a supplement) to add to one's daily servings of green vegetables. Decent price/value for the amount you get. I hope they continue to keep the quality AND the price decent, as I've noticed that certain products decline whenever a product becomes really popular and sells a great quantity. Companies get greedy and start lowering the quality of the product and raising the price. I just don't want to see that happen. And I don't normally like to give reviews on products I like because every time I do, what I just described above usually happens. Hope it doesn't.

Pretty sure it is what it says it is
I am pretty confident that this is what it says that it is. I’m taking it for the touted health benefits from broccoli sprouts, and while I may never know if I get those health benefits, this truly seems to be from broccoli sprouts. I can tell because I get symptoms that require me to take beano when I take this product and then again several hours later.

Don't overdo random supplements
What you should know- we trust that these pills contain what they say and the active ingredients do what they say. Pay attention when you start (& stop) new pills! Have a goal and time period; stop supplements if they're not helpful, unless it's all placebo/faith. Support the FDA. Good luck.
