I bought this for a grandson. My only reason for giving four stars is the small font used to customize his name. Plus, with the bag rolled up the name is upside down. But, if you unroll it and hang it by its eyelets it’s right side up. Review: Awesome bag and customer service - I wish I could give more stars based off of customer service alone. I had an issue with the delivery on the post office’s end and Jessie from The Ryker Bag rectified the issue most professionally and swiftly. The bag itself is awesome! I was able to fit all my primary hand tools in the allotted space. Might have to be smart and stagger some tools around, such as not putting all your screwdriver handles on one side in the same pouch, but the result is a wonderfully built bag with plenty of different detachable bags for organizing tools and accessories to get through the task at hand.
