Delivery sucks
The product is well worth it, however the chosen delivery method sucked. I had to hunt down the the company after two weeks of the delivery promised date. Even then after taken off for a new delivery date, they were late again! Change delivery service!

Amazon AI said it would. I going to send it back. I set amazon and Anker solix 1-3 days before it would ship. I have the email proof. I am sending it back. And i talk to both banks.

Have always loved Anker, but their new e10 system just knocked it out of the ballpark. I am telling everybody I know about it

2000 dollar smart “brick”
Giant 2k dollar brick. I have the whole package, 10 batteries, generator, home smart panel, the works. What a crock. This is sold as “peace of mind”. What I have found is bugs, a poorly thought out solution and a string of poor support emails back and forth. I should be enjoying that fabled peace of mind as we roll into hurricane season, instead I have a headache after spending 15k on a system and install. This could have been good, but what you don’t realize is that even though this generator is plugged into a massive battery bank, it relies on an internal batter that drains after a week and renders the generator useless because it won’t start. My system runs on natural gas which means you can’t even pull start it. Used to love Anker, but this has been a nightmare. Until they fix this I would totally avoid this generator.

Pretty impressed with the installation service on Anker’s official website!
I was a little nervous about the installation at first because I really wanted the power dock set and thought it would be super complicated. Luckily, I was totally overthinking it. Anker’s installation service was seriously impressive—super considerate and professional. The crew showed up at 9 AM on Thursday and had everything completely finished by 1 PM the same day! My husband and I were both blown away by how professional and efficient they were. Very transparent during the process. And the price was also reasonable.
