cnc machinable
used this to make some replacement lenses for some period light fixtures I was restoring. machined very nicely in a cnc router and seems to be doing well in an outdoor environment.

Really Stinks When You Cut It
Exactly what I needed. My project to make rolling pin side wheels turned out great. But it really smells when you cut it. After I cut out the pieces that I needed, I put them in the dishwasher. Boy, was that a mistake. It gave off a toxic gas. Maybe I should have known that this stuff would give off toxic gasses when heated, but the product description does say "thermoformable". This really should be prominently stated on the item page.

Not exactly 12x12
This sheet is slightly smaller than 12"x12" (at least the one i got was). mine is 11 15/16" x 11 15/16". 1/16" might not seem like a big deal, unless you need something that is exactly 12"x12". The description doesn't mention that it could be off by X amount. However, it is square so it is consistently smaller all around, and the edges are cut cleanly. The piece was covered in a protective paper (except for one corner that was probably torn up while being cut). The slightly smaller size won't affect me, however it would be nice to know up front.

Not exactly 3/16" thick.
The order was shipped very fast and was securely packaged. The sheet is advertised as 3/16" thick (4.762mm) but in reality is approximately 5/32" thick (measured at 4mm with calipers). Maybe this is a typical "stock" size for acrylic sheet at 3/16". Otherwise I am satisfied with the product and will order again.
