Questo libro (STA Workout 2) descrive con dettaglio gli allenamenti di BB che si possono eseguire in palestra. Il testo STA Workout 1 รจ invece dedicato a chi si allena a casa. Molto belli i disegni, lespiegazioni degli esercizi e possibili routine di allenamento a fine testo. Consigliatissimo.

Excellent book for making the most of your workouts
I was a competitive athlete for most of my youth but have never had any one-on-one coaching or training as far as the gym. This book gives thorough, detailed explanations along with anatomy descriptions and little tidbits about anatomical differences that may impact certain exercises, or results. I've learned a LOT from it and have definitely taken my workouts up a notch (...or two!). Absolutely recommend.

Fantastic book!
Found this book invaluable for arranging my home workouts, very easy to follow with superb diagrams. There is so much information in this book Iโve read it over a few times. The introductory sections and chapters on shoulders and back are exceptional. A focus on performing exercises safely is also continued throughout. I bought part 1 of this series which focuses on workouts using dumbbells and bands only and is aimed at beginners. This book includes exercises using machines like the bench press and cables. Highly recommend it!

Easy to read backed by real science not bro science
Highly recomend for anyone with a moderate knowledge of the principles of exercise, recovery and muscle growth. Great information and anatomically correct diagrams to assist in understanding. Having seen a copy in the university library I think there is no bigger recommendation than this
