Superb gift for an 8 year old. I ve bought all 3 snap circuits options and my kids just love them

Excellent product! If you have kids whom you want to learn Electrical & Electronic circuits, look no further. This is the best educational gift for kids. My kids are hooked to this. This requires adult supervision in the initial days to explain about circuits to kids. Once they get the hang of it, then they are good to go. The experiments/ projects vary by difficulty. But all components are easy to assemble & as the name says, they just 'snap'. Comparing this product with SC-100 & SC-300, I would say this is much better since there are lights involved (with LED diodes & fibre optic strands). After completing each project, you can really see the lights glowing as an output which is more satisfying compared to SC-300. Got this at a very good discount in lightning deal on Amazon. Thanks Amazon for the excellent product. Highly recommended!

funktioniert alles einwandfrei, mein Jungen (8) hat selber angefangen die Beispiele zu bauen, und ist begeistert Es gibt vieles zu Tun, mit verschiedene Lichter, Lautsprecher, Mikrofon, IR Empfänger mann lernt über Frequenz, Kommunikation, Lichtfaser etc. Dazu gibt es ein Buch mit viele Erklärungen und ist wirklich gut. I bought this for my nephew's 7th birthday. Whilst the kit says 8+ the nephew is very ahead in this area academically and into science and engineering so I got him this (to use with some initial supervision). The build quality of the kit is superb, there are some really lovely touches (for example a flying spinner that's part of the kit is glow in the dark). The projects in the booklet are well described and easy to assemble, and the building blocks are designed in a way that it makes it easy to assemble the projects. There are also some very well thought out and engaging explanations as to what is going on within the projects. My nephew loves it - a really great educational toy especially for Lego enthusiasts who like building things

Lo compré para mi hijo de 12 años. El juego debe de estar muy bien. Digo "debe" porque mi hijo casi no ha podido jugar con él, ya que las instrucciones están en inglés y, al ser muy técnico el vocabulario utilizado, resulta complicado seguirlas incluso para mí.
