It is part of several "tool kits" available on dyson's website and a free option with some vacuum purchases through them. This version is compatible with V7- V11. It has 4 positions, starting with a 90 degree tight angle for use with the wand and (usually) the soft dusting brush attachment for high up ledges, fan blades, lights, etc. The positions are sturdy (it's unlikely you'll knock it out of place using it but if you don't have it locked into one of the positions it will choose one with the slightest pressure). The straight 180 degree angle position has no purpose I guess but to give your wand an extension of 7-8 inches of length. It's well made and a good attachment if you need height/angle help Review: Perfect - Worked as it should.

Works great with Dyson v11
Made the v11 very versatile for cleaning tops of fan blades, tops of wall-mounted TVs, high book shelves, etc. Forget dusting with a duster now, we use the vacuum and make it super fast to clean hard to reach places, especially when combined with a flexible hose attachment. Great addition to the Dyson kit.

Very useful adapter for overhead, and even baseboard cleaning, at a GREAT PRICE!
This is a very useful adapter, and surprised it's not made part of the Dyson V11 Animal kit. I would substitute this tool AND a hose for the combination tool anyday. EKN is a very good vendor> quick shipping, a GREAT PRICE, for a genuine DYSON PART. Don't pay almost THREE TIMES the amount elsewhere for this!

Ideal Product
Although this product says for V7 V8 It is the same tool used for the V10 etc. It is also the correct Dyson Part number. 967762-01 not 52. Genuine Dyson part at less the half the price Dyson sells it for. It is also the perfect tool for high to reach places. Adjusts for almost any surface.

Dyson V11 ceiling fan accessory necessity
Product works...I attached it to the end of my Dyson V11 and now I can quickly zip around the house and clean the tops of all my ceiling fan blades. Cons: I wish you could lock the desired angled.

Great Accessory for Dyson
We like this attachment. Had no idea it would be a useful as it is. Many uses with our Dyson V7, door tops, picture tops, drape rods, bathroom lights and on and on. Highly recommended for your Dyson.
