Lovely model, incorrect packaging
I’ve awarded this aircraft model four stars because, awkwardly, your opinion of this item will depend a little on whether you intend to buy it as a gift for someone, or for your own collection. I find this diecast model aircraft itself very well made and it features a lovely paintjob. The clear plastic display stand is of a generic nature, as per the seller’s photos in his listing. Unfortunately, as per my attached photos, this Boeing 787 arrived in a (slightly damaged) Airbus A380 box. As I’ve ordered this model as a birthday present, I will now have to spend additional money on a suitable gift box. However, if you’re thinking of ordering this model aircraft for yourself, you probably won’t care. Note that the seller is also incorrectly advertising the product dimensions (16x12x14cm). True dimensions are: L16.5cm, W15cm, H9.5cm with plastic stand, H4.5cm without the stand. Make of this what you will.

Solid metal for cast. It’s not a Geminijets model however for the money it’s well worth it. Got it for my 8 year olds birthday. He loves it. Does look like a 787.
