could anyone tell me their thoughts on what the effect of the SEK3500 would have on the new Samsung 4k player coming 2016

I have a un55hu6840. Should/Do I need to purchase this for this tv or would it not make a difference?

I purchased this for my UN50HU6950 (very similar TV). The difference is subtle for primary TV watching (Xfinity Comcast X1 @ 1080p / 60hz). It looks simply a tad better. However, using FandangoNOW and downloading UHD HDR movies.....WOW. The quality is insane....great 4K experience. Also, you can get proper 4K streams with YouTube after this upgrade as well. I know the price isn't cheap, but I have loved the improvements. Good luck! Hope this helps.
