Not as organized as I had anticipated for such a historically quality and not imexpensive book.

It was on my syllabus, that's why I bought it. Not as helpful as thought it would be. It doesn't provide dosage, very basic on the possible tx, missing important second line options and poor/insignificant comments. One star because it arrived on time and in very good condition.
