Does it come with the wrist strap/travel bag/travel clips?

Yes, I believe it came with a wrist strap and travel bag. It’s a nice cane but purchased for my sister. Not certain if I’d recommend that the cane is taken apart in a regular basis though because the bag is not a good quality bag.

I have arthritis and vertigo, I currently use a quad-foot cane. Is this cane stable enough to stay put when I need to stop and wait out the vertigo?

I have had mine for over a year and it's still in excellent. I have severe nerve damage to the right side of my face and ear. My Doctor told me either a cane or my next fall was going to result in having a rod put in my leg. I have stood in stand still lines for quite a long time and my Hurry Cane has not failed me yet. If it does fall over all you have to do it take your foot and step on the bottom of it and it bounces right back up. Only you can decide what is best for you. My mother has both a quad and a Hurry Cane. She is constantly tripping over her quad. I find that to me far more dangerous than the tri. Hope this helps.

I heard that this was an excellent product and can support users up to 350 pounds. Is this correct?

I got this cane when I was on vacation. The drive from TN to Las Vegas aggravated my injuries from the service. I could barely walk. I used a cane the hotel had and I was able to walk decently. I decided to go buy a cane and got the Hurrycane since it was able to provide support up to 350lbs. I love it. It helped me with my support while walking and I used it to stand in line for a while. I use it wherever I go. It is a life saver for me. Everyone is different though. I bought this when I was about 320lbs and now down to 308 and stand 6'1. I am about to purchase another one so I can keep one at home and one in my vehicle.

What height should it be

I don't now that anyone can truly answer that but the user, but here's what I do:I relax my arm, then bend it slightly...just a little....and that's where the handle should be: right at that height next to my body. You want to be able to lean on it as you and the walk through each step you take. When you walk, it should be able to support you throughout the step. If you feel you're having to bend to reach it or, conversely, if your arm is TOO bent when the cane is vertical -- at the point of its motion when it is right beside you -- then you will not gain the benefit of the cane.
