So easy to use once you get the hang of it! I am a caregiver and new to condom catheters. These were a great find and so much better than the ones we can get through home health. It takes a little practice so order extra at first. I have found that using these in addition to a barrier wipe that also provides adhesion is the best. Once they are applied properly there is no leakage. My brother had not complained about any discomfort and really prefers these. I love the different size options. My only “negative” is that they often come off when we transfer him with our lift system. He is either prone or sitting in a recliner all day and without having a vacuum catheter system, the urine will pool a bit in the condom and I think that affects the adhesion. The only way around that would be to use a vacuum catheter but those are just outrageous in price.

Great product, very comfortable!

I love the way it is packaged, small and discreet in appears. I can put them in a small purse and not have issues with them being too bulky. I love the plastic string used to help with pulling the condom over the head of the penis. I gave it a 4 for adhesive because it did come off but I must say I use them on a dementia patient that moves a lot. Overall they are the best ones I have tried so far and they come in small.

These are a little tricky to get on, but the pull cord makes this much easier. It's important to get the correct size (great feature is several sizes to choose for good fit). Skin cleaning critical to prevent infection or sores. Super plus is these don't twist and cut off flow of elimination. Only down is adhesive is very strong and can be uncomfortable while removing.

Don’t forget skin prep before you put it on to help prevent sores if using it on a regular basis. The pull strip makes putting them on much easier, the trick is to hold the tip n pull down….don’t forget skin prep FIRST either wipes or spray
