Mindfold Sleep Mask

The Mindfold Eye Mask is a game changer! It blocks out all light perfectly. I’ve used it for meditating, holotropic breathwork session and more. It has an adjustable strap to make it fit perfectly. The soft foam padding moulds to my face without any pressure on the eyes. So it is very comfortable. I also love how I can have my eyes open with the mask on and still have complete darkness. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a mask for inner journeying.

Fits really well and blocks out all light. It's also light so it's easy to tolerate. I like that you can open your eyes and it's still completely dark. I would suggest it's not the best value for money for what it is. Essentially a bit of plastic, some foam and an elastic strap. I'm not convinced how long it will last which isn't great for the price. But it does do the job very well

not what i hoped for,used them for nap sitting up in a chair eyes sore and hot afterwards. dislike outer layer couldn't use them as a sleep aid if you needed to sleep during the day. yes they block the light out but as the outer layer is not materiel it has very little bend. for me it was a waste of money. a real shame

Of all the eye masks that I've tried, I must say this one truly blocks out all light. The foam padding seems to work well, but I did get a bit hot and sweaty around that area but that could be me, being a bit menopausal. I didn't care much for the plastic bit of the eye-patch though, as I thought it was a bit inflexible, but that's what helps to block out all the light, and I was concerned it might shift slightly if you're lying on your stomach, and while it did shift a bit, it stayed on and still blocked out the light. So all in all, it is the best eye patch I've used,nand am quitter statisfiedcwith it.

Been using these for years. You really can't beat a MindFold. They are very comfortable and very effectively block all of the light so you get to enjoy total darkness, you can even have your eyes open! My only gripe is that the gap for your nose is too small for me, so whenever I buy a new one I always cut it to fit my face better.

Having tried vainly to buy another of my favourite Samsonite masks, I figured I'd give this one a go, and perhaps it's the comparison that's proving somewhat detrimental for me. I really wasn't overly keen on the plasticky bulky front piece although can certainly appreciate everything else about it. It's well made in that while the plastic front is quite rigid it never comes in contact with your face at any point no matter what way you sleep so you're in no danger of being hurt by it. The cushioned holes at the back make it extremely comfortable although I struggled to think of when exactly you would want to sleep with your eyes open. But it would work for any women who want to wear false eyelashes overnight or something maybe :). Certainly it does black out more light than most, although it didn't do so fully for me. I also struggled with getting it to stay on without over-tightening the straps which then made it very uncomfortable as it would keep hurting my ears - but I do have a small head circumference. So I'd certainly have no problem recommending it to others but I think I'm just going to try a thinner style one again instead.

This blindfold is excellent. I've always had trouble with uncomfortablness of blindfolds with them pressing on my eyes, making me hot and generally not feeling great but I still try to use them for either sleeping in the day or for headaches & migraines so it's been catch 22 really. Now though there is this Mindfold and it's great. Complete darkness with no light creeping through from around your nose, no pressure on your eyes at all & so comfortable that you can almost forget your wearing it. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants one and am very happy that I got mine.

So the product does do what it says - it shuts the light out. I didn't realised the front part of it is actually plastic and it's much larger than the piece of foam on the back, so that when you put your head on the pillow, the huge sheet of plastic on your face digs in or stops you putting your head down properly - not very relaxing! The product is a piece of foam cut into an eye mask shape with a black piece of plastic glued on the front + an elastic adjuster - Bit of a rip off for £12, could have made this myself! Also it looks ridiculous, so your husband/wife will not be able to take you seriously.

Zeer goedkoper kwaliteit voor het geld. Het is werkelijk niets anders dan een stuk buigzaam plastic met foam erop geplakt. De pasvorm is niet goed en drukt de neus dicht als je die op zou zetten. Bij het retourneren wordt opeens aangegeven dat dit niet zou kunnen. Als klant heb ik op grond van artikel 6:230o van het Burgerlijk Wetboek recht op 14 dagen bedenktijd bij een aankoop op afstand. Het was bij de aankoop onvoldoende duidelijk aangegeven dat dit artikel niet geretourneerd zou kunnen worden. Volgens de wet moet een verkoper de consument vóór de aankoop duidelijk informeren over eventuele uitzonderingen op het herroepingsrecht (artikel 6:230m lid 1 sub h BW). Omdat ik niet op de normale wijze kan retourneren en er ten onrechte wordt aangegeven dat dit artikel niet in aanmerking komt voor een retourzending, verzoek ik u dit zo spoedig mogelijk op te lossen en mij te laten weten hoe ik het product alsnog kan retourneren.

Le uso da alcuni anni, sia in viaggio che per il relax anche a casa. Usare la mascherina in una pausa dal lavoro, rende il rilassamento molto più profondo e rigenerante. Sono molto coprenti (non entra proprio luce, si possono lavare (con delle accortezze e a mano), non danno per niente fastidio al viso perché sono molto morbide. Le consiglio molto

De lo mejor, compre uno para cada integrante Si lo que quieres es poder abrir los ojos muy observar la inmensidad de la obscuridad, esto es lo que estás buscando

To tell you the truth, I don't know if I would use these for sleep, as the foam would crush if you lay on your side. But these are great for meditation, which is why I got them.

These are actually well worth the price! Perfect to block out lighting.
