It is easy to set up and has been working well. I have mounted it from the ceiling at the centre of shop. It covers the entire shop quite well. A built in microphone picks up all the local sound very clearly. Also, one can have a two way conversation with some one in the shop remotely. The full light power of built in LED lamp is modest - about 4-5 watts. The camera does not work in darkness. This is not a night vision camera. so i turn on lights evan in knight. I have installed a micro SD card of 32GB and it stores for 14 days. the recording can be quite easily played back.acttualy it helped me to moniter my cash counter and it comes with sound so its amazing for mine use.

Installed device and configures less than 2 mins.Camera quality is amazing and two talking is good. Easy can watch the home through v380 app. We have the auto options to control the light. If we use the memory card 64 GB , upto 20 days backup can be stored and easily download the videos from cloud. No need to remove the card every time. Overall nice product and worth for money..

I like the whole concept but the issue is wit the holder which we get it’s straight if it cloud be cross like the other bulb holder it could be more easy n helpful for t task for which we are installing it. Half frame is just covered by t ceiling thank you

This does not continuously record after power failure. Every time after power comes back, you need to start the App for this to resume recording. Tried to followup with customer care and spent Two weeks to test various scenarios, if they can provide any software upgrade. But they pretended as if this resumes recording even after power failure for two weeks. Later they told me to return the device knowing that return period is finish. Now they stopped responding and no way to return the device or get s/w upgrade too.

The product is great and easy to install. Not much of configuration. and steps are captured in vid to explain how it is doneThe guidelines for the installation were easy with on support call. (that is the best part, he was very helpful)Will recommend to anyone who is looking for wireless security cam.It comes with extra bulb holder to replace the older systems.there is a converter also to put on stand holder. You need to buy that separately.
