Even with all the positive reviews, I was still very pleasantly surprised with the quality and performance of this budget paint brush set. The packaging alone is pretty classy (a nice zipper outer bag containing two individually wrapped sets of brushes. The brushes have attractive blue finished handles and they are lightweight. The metal ferrules are consistently and securely crimped. You get a decent selection of brush sizes to choose from. The first brush I used (with an acrylic paint) exhibited zero bristle shedding, and held the paint well. For the price, this is one of those household items that everyone should have on hand for when that unexpected need pops up. :)

These are nice craft hobbyist paint brushes. I use them with acrylic fabric paint and the good results. I have also used for painting on wood and canvas simple pictures and not artist level paintings. They are a good set for enthusiasts and hobbyists. I have used one set so far. I intend to try another set with watercolors. If I do, I will update the review. Based on the softness of the bristles, I think they will hold water and pigment well enough for watercolors. Hoping that is the case.

The kit came with a great variety of sizes, the material is durable, and it's excellent for makeup class practice.

Above average, it's solid handlewood. A lot of different sizes brushes are soft. Other reviews say that they got their sticked or fell apart. Are it fell out after using? So before I even used them, I took needle, nose pliers and squeezed the in on the flat ones didn't touch the circular ones just in case.So far so good

I’m not an experienced painter but I needed some brushes for a craft project. Used these to paint an image onto plywood. Really great quality for the price. They handle acrylic paint really well and clean out with ease. You only need to run the bristles under water to rinse out the paint. I would buy again.

Received a replacement we nt as original order never arrived. All good and look great high quality. I bought them to use to pull my new 3D Printer as it needs greasing and pulling every month or so depending on usage. Highly recommend this product and seller.

Good for the kids to learn painting

You cant ask for much more than these brushes given the cost. Sure, they are not anything like professional grade, but if you have kids or want a wide selection of brushes to get your started, this might be a good option. I have been using them to paint miniature figures. Works quite well for that and bristles are holding in place, unlike other cheap brushes you can get. Good starter set to figure out what size and shape brushes you might need as your skill progresses.
