what is the correct per oz. price?

1/27/21- the price per ounce is still wrong. It is $0.47/oz, not $0.03.

Was the ginger grown in lead lined trays?

Your question is a sad attempt to disparage this product and it's sellers. Why would ginger grow in a poisonous tray?

Where can I buy unsweetened crystallized ginger?

When you search, don't search crystallized, search for dried ginger. Crystallized indicates sugared, because the process of crystallization is boiling in sugared water. Try searching dried or dehydrated as your term. I'll admit it's pretty difficult to find though. Hope this helps!

does anyone know what the serving size is? On the bag it says 100 gram, but how many pieces does that equal to?

About twenty pieces, or a level half-cup, makes 100 grams.
