Where can I buy unsweetened crystallized ginger?

When you search, don't search crystallized, search for dried ginger. Crystallized indicates sugared, because the process of crystallization is boiling in sugared water. Try searching dried or dehydrated as your term. I'll admit it's pretty difficult to find though. Hope this helps!
