I usually have one a day, the taste is something to get used to as it can be very strange if you arent used to probiotic drinks. Very smooth, keep this chilled in the fridge and enjoy.

I bought this Yakult, and while the price is higher than in Japan, I’m still overall satisfied with the purchase. It tastes just as good, and it’s nice to have a familiar product available here. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality.
