I don’t usually write supplement reviews, but this one felt worth sharing. As someone who is diabetic, I pay very close attention to how my body feels day to day—energy levels, mental clarity, and overall balance. I'm not much of a reviewer despite spending a truly offensive amount of money on this site, but this one deserved a special note. I hope to come back in a few weeks/months and bump it up to 5 stars with glowing news. The smell and taste of these Beef Organ Supplements are - how do I put it nicely - not nice. It's reminiscent of dog treats. You are, in fact, consuming super-condensed powdered stink. My cats are absolutely fascinated by the jar which feels like its own review. If you have a sensitive stomach or deal with reflux, ABSOLUTELY take these with food. Otherwise the burps are memorable. It's a full sensory-experience you didn't ask for. I also suggest easing into the full dose if you're tummy-sensitive. I'm a couple days in and so far, no issues on that front despite being an IBS girly on a butt-load of pills. (Sorry.) It's too early to rate effectiveness, can't say I notice a difference yet. All around but pricewise, I also can't see a difference compared to something like Primal Queen. Maybe you're paying for branding and their minty disguise? Time will tell. Maybe the dog treat smell will overpower me and my wallet will open for the PQ mints. I've used other Codeage supplements for years with no complaints. I'm cautiously optimistic, just... lower expectations for flavor. Unless you're really into, uh, dog food.

I’ve been taking this for a few months and feel amazing. Every time I forget to take it for a couple days I start feeling tired. Once I start taking it again I feel great all day. It has a slight bad taste when taking them so I take them with flavored water with no issue.

I added these to my pregnancy supplement routine due to all the benefits these are known to have. I purchased these because of the fact they're freeze dried and not dehydrated. Freeze dried is more "potent" because it maintains the integrity of the nutrients and minerals, that are found in the organs. HONEST FACT, They're not free of smell and aftertaste, but they're worth it because of what they provide your body with.

The product was recommended to me by my health professional. The capsules are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach. I didn’t expect to feel much increase in energy for weeks, however, I’ve noticed an improvement in just a couple weeks. This product was highly recommended and is living up to expectations.

Used the whole 2 bottles, didn't notice any difference. Flavor didn't bother like some people said. But didn't get results i wanted.

Great great product. I'm on Ozempic and this is a bit pricey but give me all my nutrients and works like a charm.

Decent product and one of the better prices available. Just note that in the U.S., “grass-fed” doesn’t always mean 100% grass-finished — cattle may still be grain-fed at some point unless the label specifically states 100% grass-fed and finished or carries a trusted certification. Also, this product can cause some gas or digestive discomfort, especially if you’re not used to it. Overall, not perfect, but still a reasonable option for the price.

Ive been taking this for quite some time now, on my second re-order. Ive noticed that my skin is glowing with this, and my nails are strong, my hair getting thicker. I also recently got blood work done and ALL of my tests came back in the perfect range. When i stopped it for some time i started breaking out again and my joints started hurting again, but the second i came back on it everything cleared up. These pills are game changers. Been taking this now since November 2025.
