I’m really happy with the Core Balance Pilates Resistance Ring. It’s strong, durable, and provides excellent resistance for a wide range of Pilates exercises. It adds just the right level of challenge to my workouts, especially for inner thighs, arms, and core strengthening.The build quality is solid, and the handles make it comfortable to use. For the price, it’s a fantastic deal, much more affordable than other brands without sacrificing performance.Works exactly as expected. Effectiveness:Gives great support for certain exercises and also makes others more challenging. Just as I expected. Colour:I chose turquoise, and it's beautiful. Exactly as om the pictures.

Great Simple piece of fitness equipment.
I really like this piece of fitness equipment as it can work so many muscles and takes up so little space. You can find different exercises for the Pilates Ring on YouTube that is worth watching. This is my second one as my daughter asked if she could ‘borrow’ mine. I am not expecting to ever get it back. Arrived next day well packaged with Prime.

Exercise guidance needed
Seems a good, sturdy piece of equipment and I’m sure it can do some good but wish it had been provided with some sort of exercise guide / suggestions for the uninitiated. ie what to do to work on what area of the body. All it had was a brief video clip on Amazon.

Robust and excellent value
Surprisingly robust, good quality. Has just the right amount of flex to provide excellent resistance. The hand attachments that can also be uses for anatomical 'resting' places (e.g. on shoulders, between adductors) are comfortable and ergonomically designed.As a bonus, it's in a great neutral colour (not some vibrant 'obviously sports/exercise equippment' colour so can be stored discreetly in sitting room.Great piece of kit.

Perfect size and resistance — great for home Pilates
My wife uses a similar ring in her weekly Pilates class, and this is spot on for her home sessions. The size is right for the exercises she does, and the amount of resistance feels just right.She’s enjoyed using it so much she bought another one as a gift for a friend.
