Very effective filter
High capacity, simple internals. Filtration is quite good and effective. I have purchased total 5 nos of different capacity. Quite satisfied with the superior quality. Spares ate available both in Amazon as well as Mapples portal who sell Fluval products.

Fantastic filter. Expensive.
Effective filter cleared the water in abt 40hrs after installation. Expensive but gets the job done.

The best hang on back filter.
AC filters are the benchmark for aquarium filters. Good space for filtration media, it can be changed to any type of media, I am using foam and bio media along with old filter media for bacteria transfer. I am using AC 70 for 80L. It's working fine with no noise at maximum level and some noise at minimum level, but it's only few days of usage, will update the review after some months. Lot has been said about priming feature, but it's only required when filter gets empty, if the water level is above the pump, it will start on its own after a power cut. Aqueon was one other option but I chose AC owing to rave reviews it gets from most aquarium enthusiasts and there is not even an iota of disappointment. AC is like Sachin, class apart. The best. Here's the update after 8 months of usage. No noise issue, water is very clear. I once used Seachem Purigen for couple of weeks and this filter has helped maintain the clarity of water even without chemical filtration, even with Goldfish n baby Koi !!! just clean the filter once in two months including motor and its good to go. The best HOB filter, Period.

Worth every single pie
I am using 2 of these in my 240 liters tank since last 6 months. Overall, I would say that this product is best of all available into the market. I am using them with floss, bio media and chemical media to clean my tank water. The results till now are awesome. No more ammonia buildup and my fishes seems to be happy all the way.

whew can I send it for repair or replacement.
bought this on nov 25 2025.It has stopped working a week later.There is no function in the inlet.where can it be repaired.

It is definitely the best filter out there
Everyone just buy this. It is definitely the best filter out there. Much better than an internal filter too. My 75 gallon is perfectly clear and cycled. Love this.
