Yes it is. It's hard to find in stores anymore so Amazon is best source. It works and maintains organic qualities.

Because it’s safe to use in a organic garden.

Will this work on bud worms?

Yes. You should start using it before you see damage and then regularly every two weeks to keep them from taking over your plants. Worked great on my supertunias last summer.
