How does it have an expiry of 9months if it has no other ingredients other than water and almonds, and with no added preservatives?

The manufacturer claims its due to their process of sealing it. Once the pack is opened it has an expiry time of 3 days.

I ordered two bottles and both have a seal missing . Infact the foil that covers the liquid from top after the cap is already open what should i do no

For quite sometime now they have dispensed with inner foil. The plastic cap is in itself a seal. When you open, it generates a click sound.confirming that the seal is intact.
