Can I use this with my dell desktop computer? It has windows 7 professional installed on it. I don’t have a laptop.

It works as well on a desktop computer as on a laptop computer, and Windows 7 is supported, just make sure you also have: - a free USB port, - 4 GB of RAM, - an internet access to download the Djuced software (it is not on a CD as there are no longer CD-ROM drives on today's laptops) - speakers and/or headphones.

Can I use virtual Dj with this controller ?

I already have downloaded DJuced do I need to download it again for this unit?

You should not have to download the software again for use with the Inpulse 300. Depending on when you downloaded the software, you might have to download an update.
