Happy Birthday Truffle Bar

I saw this chocolate in a store before but didn’t purchase so I did so through amazon and was happy with my order. The bar is bigger than I expected and tasted really good. I want to try the other flavors!

So yummy and cute with sprinkles inside. I’m usually a dark chocolate fan-however, this has become my favorite chocolate bar.

We bought this filler to go into a birthday gift and one to try. For the price, it was not very flavorful, was hard (harder than bar chocolate should be), and overall flavor wise was a disappointment and just didn't measure up. We didn't gift this, it just wasn't up to par taste wise. Full disclosure, we tend to judge things on taste alone so if you are going for presentation, the label and packaging are nice and it would look good in a gift. However, we opted to bag fill with something else. We are from the Pacific Northwest and Seattle Chocolates are all over, in general it's hit or miss on freshness/flavor even from the local retailers that tend to have super fresh stuff, but sometimes to you get fresh stuff that is really good. For the price, this just didn't measure up. Given it is marketed as higher end gift chocolate, I think it's fair to expect something a little better than gas station chocolate, this just wasn't. Won't buy again.

I read the prior reviews, and they all said there are a total of 12 bars but that is FALSE! One candy bar for $9.95 is a waste of money. You only get ONE, do NOT read the reviews about the number of bars for this price because they are all INCORRECT!!

Giftable but expensive

I live in Florida. Chocolate arrived melted and the wrapper all dirty from the melted chocolate. I couldn’t give it to the birthday person. It was an expensive waste of money for a chocolate bar. I Very disappointed.
