Semi-Helps with PMS and Bad headaches
For me, this does help with PMS and pre-PMS symptoms. Unfortunately, the lot that I was given is going to expire 7 months from now, which I find was a bit weird and rude. If you suffer from bad headaches, I am not referring to migraines, but weather induced headaches, this may help. For migraines, seek professional help as this will only attempt to give your migraine kisses. If you get menstrual induced migraines, the other symptoms might be alleviated, but the migraine will be attempted to be soothed by a slow moving zephyr. Purchase this amount with caution as the expiration may be fast approaching. The updated colors on the box may exasperate your headache since it is obnoxiously, brightly colored, practically fluorescent. Now it makes me wonder if the box will glow in the dark.
