Ethnocentrist, biased and partial ie here P =West (European n North American ). Complete omission and neglect of Other Regional ideas of Latin American, African, Arab,Eastern/Asian (Indian, Chinese, Japanes ) and gender/feminist/women viewpoints.. Half an intro., Half the story/picture, but the ' western' content is good. Stuffed with many graphics but fell short to giving a true panorama.Couldn't even provided a single basic definition of P. And u call it an Introduction ..

Very concise, clear and lucid introduction to a vast subject.... Covers almost all -isms, philosophers, philosophic movements... A definite recommendation

One of the poorly made introducing books..A chronological ready reckoner for people who are already exposed to western philosophy. No introductions, no explanation on premise of the philosophical discussion, no detailed explanations.. Waste of time

It's bes book to read about the world in a quick glimpse and discovery of various techniques and use of sciences to provide knowledge

Love the graphic guide idea, very interesting book for those who’d like to explore the world of philosophy in an elegant and simplified way.

Lots of information described in an easy to digest and understand way. Has illustrations which can help understand the information. Not an 'in-depth' book obviously but introduces the reader to a sufficient amount of knowledge. I would recommend.
