This metal rolling pin works really well. It’s sturdy, smooth, and has a nice weight that helps roll out dough evenly without much effort. I love that it stays cool, which makes it perfect for pastry dough. It’s easy to clean and feels very durable. Overall, a great kitchen tool that makes baking a lot easier!

It is great. After I tried it, I gave one to my granddaughter. When the recipe indicates a thickness for the dough, I now can get it correct! It is easy to change the size and keep all the parts together for storage. It will probably even last longer than my wooden rolling pin that cracked!

What a surprise! I really enjoyed making cookies for two days using my new rolling pin! The cookies were easy to make using this rolling Pin. It is stainless steel and weighted for easy use. The size was perfect for the silicon sheet provided Four different sized silicon circles are provided for different sized cookies and make it very easy to roll out your dough. All of this for a reasonable price. This was a great purchase!

I love using this to make my cookies, especially gingerbread cookies. Has a good selection of different sizes you can use, made of stainless steel so it’s very sturdy. I recommend handwashing only. Easy to assemble as you just pick the size you want and screw it together. I also like that it came with its only little baking mat for sizing cookies and breads.

Super easy to adjust the thickness for the rolling pin. Its sizes are color coded. I bake a lot and this mat makes measuring out pie crusts super easy! Its easy to clean. The material is great. The pie dough does stick to the mat a bit if you dont flour it enough. Its folds up nicely. The size is fantastic.

Love this rolling pin! The best part is the size rings screw on and stay put! It is heavy and rolled right thru my thick cookie dough. The pastry mat is perfect for rolling out dough or even crafts. Sticks nicely on my quarts countertops. Great quality materials.

The length of 17 inches was not ideas length for me. I needed a 24 inch in length for pastry baking the Tea Ring. I started baking at age 9. I am now 83 years old. Great quality. Very easy to handle by my granddaughters and great granddaughters. Very easy to handle.

I am not quite sure why I hesitated so long before purchasing this rolling pin. After using it a lot for baking multiple varieties of cookies I can confidently say that it has made a huge difference. My cookies were a breeze to roll and maintained an even thickness. I also appreciated the ease of adjusting the thicknesses simply by unscrewing and adding the applicable disk. Clean up is a breeze, just some warm soapy water and it’s done! The added bonus is the pastry mat! It is a great size, seems well made and is not too flimsy. Overall this is a great purchase.

I used this to roll out my dough to make croissants, it has made life much easier in ensuring even thickness when laminating the dough.
