Paperback Oxford English Dictionary 7th Edition

This little book is great and it's compact and easy to carry with. It has a lot of words that I thought maybe it may not include. Definitely recommend for college courses.

I read at the breakfast table. It's fairly often I run across words I either do not know or only sort of understand from context. A big dictionary took up too much room on the table so I bought a Webster's paperback. It had the newer, trendier words in use today, but I needed a dictionary that dealt with words like: solipsistic, prolix, brumate -- most of which did not appear in the Webster's...Almost without fail, such words are in the OED.

We all have our phones now but never hurts to have a proper dictionary in the house. Comprehensive for the size and a little facts section as well.
