Springform Pan 9 Inch Nonstick Cheesecake Pan with Protector

Exactly what I needed to make pro level cheesecake. Not the highest quality materials, built to a price point, but they do the job. And the combo of springform pan with silicone tray makes doing a waterbath easy.

Great product! My cheesecake didnt leak, and thanks to the silicone sleeve I had no concerns about water getting into the pan during the Watergate stage! I paired this pan with silicone liners to avoid sticking and the whole thing worked beautifully. Definitely recommend if you plan on buying silicone pan liners. I can't speak to whether things would stick or not without silicone or Parchment liners.

I used this cheesecake everytime. I love the silicone pan to use for my water baths. My cheesecakes have been top tier every time since I got this pan. It is easy to clean and the clip is tight. No more foil or parchment paper. 20/10

Good springform release, nice weight, easy cleanup. The bottom is textured, not flat. Does not fit completely level in purple holder, but did not leak when I didn't use it.

Perfect for keeping water away from your cheesecake! I prefer the 9" to smaller 8" pans; it matches my recipe sizes better. It came with parchment rounds that fit in the bottom. A little cold unsalted butter beneath a round cements it to the bottom. Cheesecakes come out perfect, and easy to remove with an offset spatula after cooling.

This spring pan works so well and doesn’t require aluminum foil to prevent water leakage.

I bought this pan to make my very 1st cheesecake using a water bath. The silicone liner is what really drew me and it worked like a charm. Upon unpacking, I did a water test and the pan leaked a lil around the clamp. I read where ppl said springforms are prone to leakage. With that said & fingers crossed, I gave it a go knowing I’d be packing the crust partially up the sides. Not a drop of cheesecake leaked and the cake turned out perfect! I’m delighted with my purchase.
