Q: Can we run this using OneDrive for the data instead of using a network computer as a server? If so, would we need to pay for a licence for each node?

Inventoria stores its data in the Windows file system. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the location. You could add the data folder (C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Inventoria) to your One Drive folder to sync it. However, the data sync would be unmanaged. Inventoria includes Web Access functionality that lets it run as a server, with remote users logging in via a web browser.

Inventoria is available in both Spanish and English. The license included with the purchase is good to install either one.

Q: Is there a monthly fee to use the software through the web as advertised?

Don't know for sure. One off licence, I understand with regular updates. Cost about usd 120.

Great Basic Inventory System

It is a very basic system. You build an inventory or import a cvs file. Enter purchase orders to add to inventory. Create sales that subtract. I setup main and display locations. Reports are basic.Since I was systems guy in my former life I see little things that could be changed to my better work flow and data entry.I'm happy to have this system price was right and I now have better information on what to order.

This software is not compatible with Windows 8 or 10 as stated in the description.

Seller's description of this software says it works with Windows 8 & 10. It does not - beware.

Perfect for inventory!

Absolutely amazing and professional software for small business. We use this program only for warehouse: receiving, deduct, inventory and transfer staff. All the rest we do in QuickBooks. Please clear understand - you need accounting software or inventory. THIS IS PERFECT INVENTORY SOFTWARE FOR THIS MONEY! Thanks.
