Does fenugreek help your breast grow

YES, THIS WILL INCREASE your breast size, even if you are not nursing! Mine went up a full cup size with 3 capsules 3 times a day. I stopped for 6 days after about 3 months of taking these and they THEN RETURNED TO THE SMALLER CUP THAT I previously had! So to maintain the larger size I have to keep taking these. I have also lost 70 lbs taking these too, so you have to keep an eye on that if you are already a normal weight, but I can say that my Dr's have given me a Woo Hoo! for the weight loss and that is without even trying to do anything differently because it will curb your appetite and raise your metabolism. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to watch their weight, wants to increase the size of their breasts, lower their cholesterol or blood sugar or lessen joint pain! It has done all of these things for me and I am soooo much happier for it.

Did anyone use this for milk production even though it says not for use of nursing ?

I have nursed 9 kids... Currently still nursing number 9...Whenever I needed to boost my supply I take these. Like more than it says - three capsules three times a day. Boom. Boosted milk. OB/Midwife approved. Keep your diet high nutrient - stay away from sodas/alcohol.

Are these vegetarian or do they have gelatin in the capsules?

The product specifically says veg capsules right on the bottle.

Is this the same ingredients as Testofen?

Breastfeeding mothers beware

Many of the reviews said that Fenugreek is an herb that will enhance milk production when breast feeding which is why I purchased. Also the lable says its to improve breast milk production.However, when I got the product it says not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding mothers so beware.
