No instructions. How is it used?

Hello, the bowl is used to catch the droppings of the sage. The wooden tripod is used to hold the bowl for décor only (table, nightstand, etc). First light the sage over the bowl to create smoke, once you have smoke, take the sage and bowl from room to room and don't forget about the corners. Please smudge your basement, attic, and garage if you have any. This sage will cleanse your home and anything negative from it. Also, you can cleanse yourself as well. Reminder: You can always repeat the process as many times you like.

Can you sage anything or is it just buildings?? Wanting to sage my husbands racecar of bad energy.
