The aroma and granularity of this chaai masala gives you an impression that it is home-made and authentic. It is better than many branded chaai masalas around. I ordered this chaai masala for the 2nd time. It is refreshing and suits our taste. I request the maker to retain the quality; it is the best. I wouldn't mind if it is made more stronger/spicier. Packaging is good.

The product is pure and hygienic and adds to the taste of the chai and gives good flavour. Only big drawback was it was very poorly packed when I received it and there was no seal in the bottle. The chai masala is good, but the packaging and container (low grade plastic) must improve. I immediately changed it to an airtight clean good quality container.
