Would this fit a 6l compact concealed system

Not sure as there are a number available. If you can get to the current outlet valve there should be a maker's name and part number somewhere on it. If not, try the local plumbing supplies shop for advice.

Replacing macdee afv40100/afv40200, would this be suitable?

Hi Marcela, Yes, the top section of the valve is compatible with the now discontinued AFV40100 and AFV40200 models and simply fits into the existing cradles without removing the cistern. The top of the valve has the codes AFV50100 and AFV50200 and comes complete with an adjustable overflow tube which adjusts from 190mm to 330mm.
